Launched in August 2021, we began by serving our flagship flavor, Palisade Peach, on tap at the Palisade Peach Shack.
Kombucha is known for its probiotics. We love its bubbly, refreshing, sweet, and tangy taste. Served ice cold!
Now, we also offer several seasonal flavors on tap, including apple and lavender, with more coming soon.
